Refund Policy
Cancellations and refunds for paid plans.
Last updated: June 13, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for ApplyLift (the Service). It applies to paid plans, which are not yet available; we are publishing it in advance so the terms are clear before any purchase is possible.
The free plan
The CV builder is free to use, with unlimited resumes and downloads and no account required. There is nothing to pay and nothing to refund.
Paid subscriptions
When paid plans launch, they will be offered as recurring subscriptions billed through our third-party payment provider, which may act as the merchant of record. That provider handles billing, applicable taxes, and receipts on our behalf.
Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not provide partial refunds for time remaining in a billing period unless required by law.
Refund eligibility
If you are unhappy with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will review your request. Where applicable consumer law gives you a right to a refund, you will receive it. Outside those cases, refunds are granted at our reasonable discretion, for example for a clear billing error or a duplicate charge.
How to request a refund
Email support@applylift.com from the address associated with your purchase, including the date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Starting a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your access while the matter is investigated.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy, particularly as paid plans launch. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
