Is ApplyLift really free?
Yes. The CV builder, every template, all customization, and unlimited PDF downloads are completely free — with no watermark and no account required. Optional AI features are planned for the future, but the builder itself stays free.
Do I need to create an account?
No. ApplyLift works entirely in your browser, so you can build and download a CV without signing up. Optional accounts with cloud sync are on our roadmap.
Are the resumes ATS-friendly?
Yes. Our templates use clean, parseable structure and standard section headings so applicant tracking systems can correctly read your experience, skills, and education.
Where is my CV data stored?
Today your resumes are saved locally in your own browser (localStorage) and are never uploaded to a server. You stay in full control of your data.
Can I download my CV as a PDF?
Yes. ApplyLift exports a pixel-perfect, print-ready PDF with embedded fonts that matches the live preview exactly. Both A4 and US Letter page sizes are supported.
Can I use ApplyLift on my phone?
Yes — the site is fully responsive. For the most comfortable editing experience we recommend a tablet or desktop, but you can review and download from any device.
Will there be AI features?
Yes. AI tools to tailor your CV to a specific job description, generate cover letters, and check your resume against job keywords are on our roadmap.
Can I build more than one CV?
Yes. You can create and store unlimited resume versions and tailor each one to a different role.
Do you sell my personal data?
No. We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.
